Many years ago man did not wear any clothes. All those the former years of ma evolution, they did all their activities naked and they were comfortable. He felt the need to feel fashionable and hence started designing his own clothes from animal skin and other materials. The science research behind man clothing himself is that he needed to protect his body from lice. Staying naked is not a foreign thing to man and he is familiar with it.
So are there people who don?t wear clothes in today?s civilization? Yes indeed they are people who don?t wear clothes and they are known as nudist. In the past, it was much easier to walk around without clothes. The weather was warmer and the human body was well acclimatized to the cold. As climatic changes took place and it became cold, man started wearing something to keep warm. Nothing fancy at that, just something to keep warm.
Getting nude once in a while is not bad. This is because the sun rays have vitamins that our skin requires. Keep in mind that exposing your skin to very hot sun rays is also toxic to your skin. Frequent skin exposure to these hot sun rays can also cause skin cancer. It is believed that the nudism habit started in Greece. Gymnos, a Greek word created gymnasium. This came about with the connection of sports and nudity in sports events. This is because by then nudism was allowed in sports.
As the world changes, the more nudism is changing. As we had discussed earlier, nudism was allowed in sports where the athletes were not completely naked. Today being nude means completely naked. This is what makes people say it is being immoral. This is not because of ignorance but lack of information. To some it is ignorance whether you like it or not. The funny thing is that in these beaches and resorts, everybody minds his or her own business. Privacy is highly maintained. Taking of pictures and videos is not allowed. It is only allowed if the nudes give out their consent.
When you are in these nude colonies, one is required to always have a towel and sun screen. The towel is used to sit on for health purposes. Sometimes it is used to cover one’s body if the sun gets hot. The sun screen will protect your skin. Why don’t you go for a nude vacation? This will help you understand naturists much better and is a great way to spend your vacation. It is always good to try something new and exciting. Staying cocooned in the same lifestyle becomes a little bit boring. It is a vacation that does not need a lot of clothes packing.
The movement has several divisions of a philosophical nature within the lifestyle. One of the main ones being the "clothes optional" and the "nudity required" subgroups. Whether good or bad, the concept of nudism is yet to be generally accepted and some use that as an avenue to transmit pornographic materials yet for others staying naked it is just pure bliss and enjoyable
